Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for Opioid Use.

Medication-Assisted Treatment, or MAT, helps people with opioid use disorder (OUD) manage cravings and withdrawal while supporting long-term recovery. MAT combines medications with counseling and therapy to help you stay healthy and reach your recovery goals.

What we prescribe:
1. Suboxone (Buprenorphine/Naloxone)

Comes as a small tablet or film you place under your tongue. Helps reduce cravings and withdrawal symptoms without giving the “high” that other opioids do. You take it daily at home.

2. Sublocade (Extended-Release Buprenorphine Injection)

Given as a monthly injection by our healthcare provider.

Keeps medicine working steadily in your body for 28 days. Good for people who want to avoid taking a daily pill or film.

3. Brixadi (Extended-Release Buprenorphine Injection)

Can be given weekly or monthly by our provider.

Works like Sublocade to reduce cravings and withdrawal.

Gives more flexibility depending on your treatment needs.
